How did we come up with this?
Personal Profile
It all began when Aarna Bhammar began the robotics club in her school. This club was spread out between 5 grades (grades 8 to 12). It was disappointing for her to see that she was the only girl who was part of the club. After doing some research I found out that in India, women account for less than one-third of the STEM workforce. Additionally, she read about the lack of education of STEM in rural areas.
Hence, she decided to do something about it:
OUR MISSION
1. Women in STEM
Taking these classes for students of all ages and genders. This offers fun, interactive classes for these children to instill passion of coding in them.
2. Helping rural areas
With the money earned, books or donated to various organisations to help in promoting stem education not only for women, but also for people in the rural areas
