Personally for me, the best books to read on a plane are one's that are not too heavy, fun to read, and not too long so you can finish it in one sitting. I have come up with books that would be ideal for this kind of situation.
Tuesday's with Morrie - One of the best books I have ever read. It is short, sad, sweet.
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time - While this book does have controversial opinions, I personally loved it. The best part about this book which is ideal for a plane ride - short chapters!!
Stargirl - This book is primarily for younger audiences, I still think it is an incredible read.
The Five People You Meet in Heaven - another Mitch Albom book (as there should be). While I loved Tuesday's with Morrie more, I think this is a really good book too. Read it before Tuesday's with Morrie so that way you won't be disappointed.
The Perks of being a Wallflower - the 4 books mentioned above, focus on more philosophical and child oriented books, but this however, is a great high school read.
The Love Hypothesis - If you are the kind that likes booktok books.
Before the Coffee gets Cold - READ IT.
